What is the warranty policy for our products?
We offer warranty period varies for different models, please kindly refer to the individual products page to see the warranty offered.
For any faulty products which is under warranty, please bring it down to our service centre together with your proof of purchase at Sim Lim Square #04-79, our operating hours are monday to sunday, 1130am til 730pm.
We will Inspect all purchases personally before shipping, however if you really happen to received a damage product, please let us know within 14 days. We will do a one to one exchange for you, just email us with the detail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
